This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The data centers are located within the European Union. When pages are accessed, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, user agent) are processed to deliver the content. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation). A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. The domain is managed through IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser's address bar and the https:// prefix before the domain name.

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, timestamp). This data is not merged with other data sources. The data is deleted once the storage purpose ceases, or at the latest after legally prescribed retention periods.

This website does not set any tracking or marketing cookies. Only your theme preference (light/dark) and language choice (DE/EN) are stored in browser localStorage so these settings persist across visits. This information remains exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to me or any third party.

If you contact me by email, phone, or Discord, your details (name, email address, message content) are stored for processing your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Data is not passed on to third parties.

If you reach out via external platforms such as Discord or Instagram, the privacy policies of those providers apply additionally. The respective platform operator is responsible for data processing there. This website does not embed those services automatically — only links are provided.

Fonts (Space Grotesk, Roboto Slab, Roboto, JetBrains Mono) are served locally from my own server via Next.js (next/font). Your browser does not connect to third-party servers (e.g., Google Fonts).

This website does not embed external scripts, trackers, analytics tools, or ad networks. If external content (e.g., images or profile links) is referenced, it loads only when you actively click the corresponding link, at which point you enter the third party's platform.
