Plugins thatstay smooth under load.
You operate a Minecraft server or gaming community and need plugins that not only function but stay stable under tens of thousands of concurrent players. Plus a counterpart who really understands the specifics of this environment.
- Over 30 production plugins since 2017 with tens of thousands of active users.
- Hibernate-backed persistence and performance tuning — not just quick-and-dirty code.
- Optional server setup, hosting consulting, and long-term maintenance included.
Why gaming isn't a side project for me.
I have been writing for Minecraft since I started writing Java — and I learned in this environment what performance and architecture really mean.
What may look like a hobby plugin is actually a demanding environment: synchronous main thread, hundreds of events per second, database operations under load. If you do this well, everything else comes easier.
My name is Justin Eiletz. I started writing Minecraft plugins in 2017 — by now there are more than 30 in production, many of them running live for years with tens of thousands of users. AlphaOmega-IT GbR was built in part on this experience.
Unlike pure plugin developers, I bring full backend and database expertise. If your plugin needs a REST API, a web dashboard, or a connection to external systems, that's not a stack break — it's day-to-day work.
From concept to production plugin.
Four steps that work whether you need a single plugin or an entire suite.
- 01
Requirements workshop
We walk through your server mechanics and use cases. The output is a concrete prioritised feature list — and a frank statement on what is technically clean to solve.
- 02
Architecture and data model
Before any code, we clarify how the plugin interacts with your world structure, other plugins, and your database. This prevents performance issues later in production.
- 03
Development and test builds
You receive playable test builds regularly, ready to try on a staging server. Optimised for Paper / Spigot, compatible with your existing plugins.
- 04
Deployment and maintenance
Delivery into production with instructions. On request I take on maintenance afterwards — including adaptation to new Minecraft versions and player-driven adjustments.
Typical assignments.
Three plugin types I am regularly approached for.
- 01
Custom game modes
Standalone game modes with lobby system, scoring, persistence, and statistics. Including admin commands and configuration files for your team.
- 02
Economy and points systems
Database-backed economy mechanics, shops, auctions, and rewards. Performant even at tens of thousands of players and hundreds of transactions per minute.
- 03
Plugin suite with web dashboard
Multiple cooperating plugins plus a web frontend for server administration, player statistics, or Discord integration. One stack, one point of contact.
Plugin Suite Bundle.

What server operators typically ask.
Three points that recurringly come up in first calls with community operators.
Will it work with my existing setup?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. I primarily develop for Paper and Spigot and test my plugins against the common companions (Vault, LuckPerms, PlaceholderAPI). Specific incompatibilities are clarified in the requirements workshop.
What happens when Minecraft releases a new version?
Under a maintenance retainer I handle version adaptations automatically. Without a retainer, you can commission an update at any time on an hourly basis — lead time is usually short, since I adapt for several servers at once.
Can you also handle hosting?
I have clear recommendations and can set up hosting with specialist providers. I only operate the plugin servers themselves in exceptional cases — my strength is software, not hardware operations.
